PAYMENT: 
Payment is made directly at the establishment in cash or by bank card 
Check In: ​​14: 00H and Check Out: 12: 00H 
If you expect to arrive outside reception hours, please inform the hotel in advance. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Cancellation without charges up to 48 hours before the reservation. 
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the reservation will be charged 100% of the price of the room. 
At the time of booking, the guest agrees to accept the general conditions and reservation policy of the establishment. 

POLICY OF NOT PRESENTED: 
The fact of not presenting on the reservation date entails the charge of the first night on the card provided. 

POLICY OF CHILDREN AND SUPREME BEDS: 
Children under 5 years old sharing a bed with their parents stay FREE. 
Children over 4 years of age or adults must pay the price stipulated by the establishment.

PREPAID BIG RESERVATIONS
